WELCOME TO THE ESPANOLISTA FAQS PAGE!  I love reading all your questions and comments, so keep them coming. I do my best to respond directly, but unfortunately I may not be able to respond to them all. In the meantime, here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.

GENERAL SHOP INFO

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Tienda Escuela Creativa accepts all forms of payment, including most major credit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay. Please verify the form of payment is acceptable prior to purchase.

DO YOU OFFER PHYSICAL PRODUCTS?

Currently, we only offer digital downloads of all products.

Each PDF file is for use by original downloader only. Ownership may not be transferred or sold.

You may print as many as you need for use within your immediate family. For small group and co-op classes you may print for use within your own class. Each family is required to download their own copy and the teacher may not e-mail a digital copy to students.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

I know you want to receive your purchase as quickly as possible. You should receive your digital download immediately after purchase to the email address on file. Please confirm the correct email address is listed on your order before completing the purchase.

HOW DO I SET UP THE ACCOUNT I CREATED AT CHECKOUT?

During the checkout process, you had the opportunity to create an account. You will be automatically emailed with a link to activate your account.  The email subject line is “Customer Account Activation”. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folders if you do not see the email.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please take the time to review all photos and product descriptions. All digital product sales are final upon delivery.
